2.5 hours of support on 3 separate occasions, helping and nurturing the new mum in any way she chooses.

Support and nurturing for the new mum in the first 40 days.

Includes 2.5 hours every week for 6 weeks, or six visits how ever far apart needed, plus regular phone check-ins.

If you are needing some extra help with breastfeeding or alternate feeding methods, assistance is provided from the comfort of your own home.

*Please not that I am not (yet) a Lactation Consultant and will refer to alternate lactation services if your requirements are outside of my scope.

This offers a space for you to process your birth story, feel heard, have your feelings validated and help you to heal from your experience.

Emotional and practical support for women experiencing any loss of pregnancy and needing some extra TLC during this difficult time.

Acupressure for birth preparation can be used from 37 weeks gestation.

This service guides you through which points you can use in preparation for birth, during labour, for pain relief and even in the postanatal period.

If you are wanting to try and naturally induce labour and are full term, I can incorporate acupressure point stimulation with reflexology to try and assist you in this process.

Written instructions also provided.
